Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers and vendors to meet business requirements
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and budget requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards
- Conduct supplier assessments and support vendor onboarding processes
- Resolve supplier related issues and coordinate corrective actions when necessary
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering procurement contracts and agreements
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Experience in indirect procurement, particularly in logistics
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in indirect procurement, particularly in logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software preferred.
- Knowledgeable in procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles.
- Knowledgeable in market analysis and cost management techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
