- Develop and track operational and financial KPIs, ensuring visibility and accountability across all regions
- Lead cross functional projects and reviews to identify gaps, propose solutions, and ensure effective adoption of new processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of job related experience in process improvement projects
- Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
- Proficiency in using MS Visio and skilled in building business cases and executive presentations
- Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple, time sensitive deliverables
- Ability to work extensively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- Drive continuous improvement and business process re engineering across QR Cargo operations.
- Focus on optimizing operational workflows to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to standardize and automate processes, enabling cost effective and scalable operations.
- Be a key enabler in aligning operational performance with strategic goals through data driven insights and robust governance frameworks.

Qualification
