Role Overview
Penspen is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Offshore) for work in Saudi Arabia.
The role may operate within the core engineering team or a project management team environment.
The position may include responsibility for process engineering personnel and delegation of support activities.
Responsibilities
- Control day-to-day FEED engineering activities covering process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, line and pump sizing, and heat and material balances.
- Provide timely comments on FEED deliverables and ensure their resolution and implementation.
- Manage and delegate activities to process engineering support personnel when assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 12 years of experience, including eight years in process engineering for major oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Several years of PMC experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and related procedures or practices is beneficial.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in chemical, process, gas, or oil engineering.
- Membership in an appropriate professional organization.
