You Will Be Responsible For

  • Develop and execute Emerging Markets Surgery pricing strategy
  • Define and maintain pricing architecture across franchises, product categories, and market segments
  • Lead value based pricing approaches for existing and newly launched products
  • Establish regional price corridors and guardrails
  • Identify and execute opportunities for margin expansion
  • Partner with franchise leaders to evaluate portfolio opportunities
  • Own regional pricing governance processes
  • Chair or support regional pricing councils and governance forums
  • Drive standardization and simplification of pricing decision making
  • Ensure robust approval frameworks, delegation of authority, and pricing controls
  • Lead implementation of pricing policies, tools, and operating models
  • Provide strategic guidance on high value tenders and complex negotiations

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in pricing & contracting strategy, process implementation, capital monetization, new product introduction, or related roles within medtech or healthcare
  • Success in leading pricing initiatives and process improvements
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools preferred
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Strategic problem solver with ability to advise senior leadership
  • Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation highly desirable
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements a plus
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with pricing systems, CPQ platforms, or pricing technology solutions
  • Strategic thinking, analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
