Position Summary

  • Seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Implements daily offer development, bids & tender contract development, or contract management processes.
  • Drafts contractual agreements from preparation through execution.
  • Serves as a point of contact for internal partners and develops strategic relationships in order to drive bids & tender contracting opportunities for the organization.
  • Be responsible for managing tender and contract activities to meet targets and fulfill market demands, ensuring the timely submission of bids, and maintaining accurate bid records.
  • Works closely with the sales and marketing organization to ensure smooth operations.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assists managers in implementing policies and procedures that facilitate the administration, negotiation, and management of bids and tender contracts and service agreements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supports offer development and bids & tender contract negotiations, and administers contracts under general supervision.
  • Directs workflow by coordinating pre sales bids & tender contract activities such as drafting requests for proposals, reviewing and evaluating bids, and preparing responses for due diligence requests.
  • Utilizes key performance indicators to evaluate pre signature and post signature contract administration and management processes.
  • Responsible for delivery of operational deliverables as well as ensuring achievement of aligned goals set by leadership within expected standards.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day to day interactions with team.

Required Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
