Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial team to drive profitable growth and support key business decision making
- Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners, including evaluating business cases for tender/pricing/investments
- Support Saudi specific processes and projects in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
- Participate in business planning, budget updates, and latest thinking processes; improve forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning
- Support financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Review performance against targets and identify trends to highlight risks and opportunities
- Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP, internal policies, and support compliance activities including audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance roles
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- English proficiency (required)
- MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
- Arabic language skills preferred

- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build executive facing dashboards.
- Language: English (required); Arabic (preferred).
- Travel: Up to ~10% domestic or regional travel.
