Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial team to drive profitable growth and support key business decision making
- Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners, including evaluating business cases for tender/pricing/investments
- Support Saudi specific processes and projects in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
- Participate in business planning, budget updates, and forecasting processes; improve forecast accuracy
- Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning
- Support financial closing processes for timely and accurate reporting
- Review performance against targets, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP, internal policies, and support compliance activities and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- English fluency required
- MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
- Arabic language preferred

Job Overview

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) (preferred).
- Typically requires 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or operational finance roles.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with non finance stakeholders and influence decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build executive facing dashboards.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries (preferred).
- Experience working with senior leadership and preparing executive level materials (preferred).
- English required; Arabic preferred.
- Travel up to ~10% domestic or regional.
