Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the regional portfolio
- Track project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to drive progress and maintain alignment on priorities
- Monitor the implementation of portfolio wide initiatives, including renovations, pre openings, repositioning activities, and brand related projects
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership review
- Analyse operational and financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio
- Support monthly operational reviews by consolidating insights, preparing reports, and tracking agreed actions
- Review business plans, budgets, and CapEx proposals, providing analytical support and recommendations
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance against key business objectives
- Act as a central point of coordination between senior leadership, General Managers, and corporate functions
- Drive follow up on commitments and action plans to ensure accountability and timely execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business analysis, or strategic support roles
- Previous experience within hospitality, management consulting, or multi site operational environments is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational performance data
- Experience preparing executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to budgeting, business planning, operational reviews, or performance management processes is preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities for our client, an esteemed hospitality group in Dubai.
- This role requires a commercially minded professional with strong project coordination, performance analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive project execution, monitor business performance, coordinate cross functional initiatives, and ensure the timely delivery of key regional priorities.
- This role will begin on a 12 month contract basis and is renewable within the organization. It reports to the Regional Vice President.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution

Key Responsibilities: Performance Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyse operational and financial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
- Support monthly operational reviews by consolidating insights, preparing reports, and tracking agreed actions.
- Review business plans, budgets, and CapEx proposals, providing analytical support and recommendations where appropriate.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance against key business objectives.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities: Operations Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between senior leadership, General Managers, and corporate functions.
- Drive follow up on commitments and action plans to ensure accountability and timely execution.
- Support property visits, leadership meetings, and strategic reviews through planning, documentation, and post meeting follow ups.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is advantageous.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business analysis, or strategic support roles.
- Previous experience within hospitality, management consulting, or multi site operational environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational performance data.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leadership teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Exposure to budgeting, business planning, operational reviews, or performance management processes is preferred.
