Position Overview
RITS is hiring a Senior Planning Engineer for local recruitment in Qatar.
The role develops, monitors, updates, and controls project schedules to support timely completion.
The position identifies schedule risks and delays and recommends corrective actions for project management.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 13,000 per month.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- The role requires 8–12 years of relevant planning experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates must be proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
- Experience is required in project scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and EOT preparation.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare WBS, detailed schedules, and resource-loaded programs.
- Monitor progress against the approved baseline and prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and KPI reports.
