The role supports multiple projects within the Project Management Team.
Purpose
Support project planning, monitoring, and cost control to help deliver projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Provide senior management with reporting, risk assessments, and decision-support insights for project governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and audit project schedules and cost plans from concept to handover.
- Review consultants’ and contractors’ submissions for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
- Monitor progress through critical path analysis, earned value calculations, and cost performance reviews.
- Identify time and cost risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate major issues.
- Prepare final schedules, cost reconciliations, and post-project lessons learned.
- Ensure planning and cost control requirements are met across all project stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in project scheduling, cost control, and earned value management.
- Experience with projects worth AED 100 million or more.
- Experience in consultancy houses, real estate developers, or equivalent family conglomerate projects is preferred.
- Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and strong in analysis and reporting.
