Role Overview
Ali & Sons is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic leadership and overall management of its facilities management business.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining commercial acumen, operational excellence, client leadership, and business growth.
Strategic and Operational Leadership
- Lead the overall strategic direction, P&L, and business performance of the facilities management company.
- Oversee integrated Hard FM and Soft FM operations across multiple contracts and locations.
- Drive operational excellence, service quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead major contract mobilizations, renewals, variations, and commercial negotiations.
Commercial and Stakeholder Leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, consultants, government entities, and strategic stakeholders.
- Drive business development, tenders, contract growth, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
- Ensure performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual obligations, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
