- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations
- Plan manpower deployment, workforce allocation, transportation, and shift scheduling
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts while maintaining high service standards
- Conduct routine site inspections, quality audits, and operational reviews
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE
- Lead, supervise, and support Operations Supervisors and cleaning teams
- Prepare operational reports and performance updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Operations Management within a Cleaning Services or Facilities Management company
- Proven experience managing multiple cleaning sites and operational teams
- Strong experience in manpower planning, workforce deployment, and scheduling
- Experience conducting site inspections and maintaining service quality
- Excellent client relationship and complaint resolution skills
- Experience leading supervisors and large cleaning teams
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred

About the Role
- ProCare Cleaning Services is looking for a highly experienced and results driven Senior Operations Manager to lead our cleaning operations across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day operations, supervising operational teams, ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations.
- Plan manpower deployment, workforce allocation, transportation, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts while maintaining high service standards.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Operations Management within a Cleaning Services or Facilities Management company.
