- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience as Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Sales Administrator, or Office Coordinator preferred

About the Role
- Royal Cubicles is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and customer service operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, preparing and following up on quotations, monitoring payments, handling daily email correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
- This role is ideal for candidates who are detail oriented, customer focused, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, project updates, and order status.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Ensure prompt responses to all client communications.
Quotation Management
- Prepare quotations and assist the sales team with documentation.
- Follow up on submitted quotations until closure.
- Maintain accurate quotation records.
Payment Follow up
- Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up professionally to ensure timely collections.
- Work closely with the Accounts Department on payment updates.
Email & Office Coordination
- Monitor and manage the company email inbox.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
- Experience in quotation preparation and follow up.
- Experience handling customer communications via email and phone.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Sales Administrator, or Office Coordinator is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Service.
- Experience in construction, interior fit out, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE.
- Candidates holding a valid Own Visa or Spouse Visa are preferred.
- Preference to philippines
- Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
