- Coordinate daily with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, project updates, and deliveries
- Maintain professional communication with clients through phone calls and email
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Prepare quotations accurately
- Follow up on quotations until final confirmation
- Update quotation records and customer information
- Follow up professionally with customers regarding pending payments
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department on payments
- Maintain payment follow up records
- Monitor the company email inbox and respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations departments
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and customer coordination skills
- Experience preparing quotations and following up with customers
- Experience handling emails professionally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and pleasant personality
- UAE experience as Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Sales Administrator, or Office Coordinator (preferred)
- Experience in construction, interiors, fit out, building materials, manufacturing, or B2B sales support (preferred)
- Currently residing in the UAE (preferred)
- Valid Own Visa or Spouse Visa (preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role
- Royal Cubicles is looking for an organized, professional, and customer focused Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales team.
- The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, prepare quotations, follow up on pending proposals, monitor outstanding payments, respond to customer emails, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries efficiently.

- Candidates holding a valid Own Visa or Spouse Visa are preferred.
