Overview
- Saadco Passenger Transport LLC is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead and expand our passenger transportation business across the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations while actively generating new business opportunities and securing transportation contracts.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and secure new transportation contracts from corporate companies, hotels, restaurants, schools, construction companies, and other organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and transportation agreements.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience in Passenger Transport, Fleet Management, Logistics, or Transportation Operations.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the UAE market.
- Strong network and ability to secure transportation contracts.
