About the Role

- Manage the day to day operations of multiple cleaning sites across the UAE
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, shift scheduling, transportation, and site allocations
- Ensure all cleaning projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle customer complaints and ensure complete client satisfaction
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, uniforms, grooming, and performance
- Identify new business opportunities and generate cleaning contracts
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or similar role within a Cleaning Company or Facilities Management Company
- Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, office, villa, and deep cleaning operations
- Proven experience managing large cleaning teams
- Experience handling client meetings and operational planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred

Operations Manager – Cleaning Services (UAE Experience Required)
- ProCare Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and manage our cleaning operations across the UAE.
- This position is strictly for candidates with relevant UAE cleaning industry operations experience.
Key Responsibilities – Operations Management

Requirements
