Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, MBA preferred
- At least 8+ years of experience in Operations Management in Supermarket/Hypermarket Retail Industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences

Job Summary
- The Sr. Operations Manager's role is primarily involved in all aspects of the organization's health and safety, reporting and monitoring teams and individual performances, as well as overseeing the application of all company standards, policies, procedures and behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all supermarket operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, striving to achieve sales targets and maintain cost control. Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, MBA in the same field an advantage
- At least 8+ Years of experience in Operations Management in Supermarket/Hypermarket Retail Industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
