About the Role
Grandiose is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Officer for its Food Retail & Production business vertical. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Follow effective recruitment practices to attract high quality candidates for various roles within the company
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the company's future hiring needs
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary
- Follow guidelines and instructions given by Team Lead, senior HR officials, and Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program from offer acceptance to full integration
- Ensure that all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently and that new hires are fully prepared
- Conduct and oversee the induction process on the first day of employment
- Ensure that all new joiners sign their Job Descriptions during the induction session
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure that all necessary IT assets are ready for new employees
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree (Pref. in HR Discipline), having certified HR course exposure will be an added advantage
- At least 5+ years of experience in Recruitment & Onboarding, pref. from FMCG or F&B Retail Industry
- Must be proficient in MS office
- Having exposure of ATS will be advantage

Job Purpose

- Work closely with the IT department to ensure that all necessary IT assets, such as laptops, phones, and access to required software, are ready and available for new employees on their first day.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- At least Bachelor Degree (Pref. in HR Discipline), having certified HR course exposure will be an added advantage
