Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining existing corporate borrowing relationships in terms of asset quality, growth of business and profitability.

Main Responsibilities And Accountabilities

a) Ensure highest level of customer service is provided for all client interactions.

Should service the customers belongs to CBI First, Edge, Select and Mass segments.

b) Ensure that service and onboarding requests are processed with zero errors.

c) Ensure SLA is met for all the service request received. d) Assist with administrative tasks at the branch.

e) Identify new and existing business opportunities via providing best service to the existing and new clients.

f) Work with business partners/ Channels, stakeholders across segments to identify business opportunities to improve products and propositions and enhance pre and post sales experience for customers.

g) Manage customer complaints and coordinate with respective units to resolve it on higher priority basis.

h) Ensure Customer profile reviews/remediation is completed in a timely manner in line Central Bank & internal guidelines.

i) Review the customer risk category and manage the upgrading and the downgrading of customer risk profile periodically.

j) Support the Relationship Managers and the Branch Manager on any documentation requirements for the product selling and review.

k) Ensure suspicious activities/breaches are escalated and risk incidents reported.

l) Follow up on client's day-to-day transaction requests.

m) Refer / obtain new business in form of deposit, new borrowing relationship, etc, in order to show growth potential.

n) Handle CMs inquires and requests assigned by call center.

o) Provide marketing information related to existing customers.

p) Maintain High level of knowledge regarding available and promotional products in order to cross sell and to handle Mystery shopper visits.

q) Perform any other duties or responsibilities consistent with the role as assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or corporate banking, specifically preparing proposals and performing customer analysis.

  • Experience with banking regulations related to credit facilities
  • Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written
  • Advanced business writing capabilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Credit-focused mindset
