Responsibilities
- Handle walk in customers and attend client queries
- Carry out customer identification checks in line with SOP
- Process inward and outward remittances and cheque clearing
- Support relationship management teams with operational services
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Review SOPs as per internal Audit and RMU requirement
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Participate in systems changes and process enhancements
- Provide back hand support to Operations teams on account opening, maintenance, etc.

- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of banking work experience specific to the job role

Key Accountabilities
- Possess hands on experience in handling walk in customers
- Manage client service counter functions
- Act as first point of contact for walk in clients
- Carry out customer identification checks
- Handle day to day activities for Corporate client services
- Support relationship management teams
- Experience on cash management operations like remittances and cheque clearing
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Review SOPs as per internal Audit and RMU
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Participate in systems changes and process enhancements
Job Context
- Ensure timely service to clients
- Receive customer requests/documents and provide acknowledgement
- Deliver customer requests/documents through the counter
- Verify authority of customers authorized representative
- Manage processing of inward/outward and account to account transfers
- Handle processing of post dated and current dated cheques
- Attend & resolve queries on time
- Provide appropriate statistics on MIS
- Provide back hand support to Operations teams on account opening, maintenance, credit card operations, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of banking work experience specific to the job role
