Job Summary / Introduction

  • The role is responsible for promoting core products within an assigned business territory through direct field sales, achieving agreed financial and sales targets, and building a new customer base for FAB.
  • It plays a key role in driving business growth, maintaining customer and real estate market relationships, and ensuring customer applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with FAB policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build new customer base in FAB.
  • Promote the sales of Core Product in assigned area or work.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers and Real Estate brokerage/market.
  • Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volumes.
  • Ensure submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free and follow up on approved document discrepancies.
  • Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re submission if any.
  • Provide sales MIS, daily reports, and customer/market feedback to Sales Manager to improve business.
  • Capitalize on cross selling opportunities and recommend customer applications that are considered good credit risk and as per FAB/Group policy.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • University Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage sales or real estate sales experience
  • Strong sales, convincing and negotiation skills
  • Customer focused with strong service quality mindset
  • High motivation and proactive approach
  • Ability to build professional relationships with customers and stakeholders

Preferred / Beneficial

  • Experience selling other banking products
  • Sales diploma or certification
  • Knowledge of FAB retail products
  • Good computer skills
  • Competitive awareness and market benchmarking knowledge
  • Multicultural awareness
