Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud networking
- Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, load balancers, and wireless controllers
- Manage and support networking across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
- Implement and manage Cisco security solutions, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, FireEye, Broadcom ProxySG / Blue Coat, IDS/IPS, VPN security, content filtering, and endpoint protection
- Monitor on prem and cloud network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and security issues
- Work closely with SOC/NOC teams to respond to alerts and incidents
- Support telephony systems including Cisco VoIP and Asterisk
- Maintain network inventory, diagrams, configurations, topologies, and DR documentation
- Participate in DR drills and failover testing
- Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, cloud networking (Azure & GCP), load balancers, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SOC/NOC operations, and network security solutions

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Infrastructure Administrator to ensure the stability, integrity, security, and performance of enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, voice, video, and hybrid cloud network services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure across on premises and cloud environments.
- This role requires deep expertise in Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, cloud networking (Azure & GCP), load balancers, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SOC/NOC operations, and network security solutions.
- The candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams to support 24/7 business critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Design & Implementation: Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud networking. Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways, load balancers, and wireless controllers. Ensure secure and high availability network architecture.
- Cloud Network Administration: Manage and support networking across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include Azure VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, GCP VPC, Cloud Router, and Firewall Policies. Ensure seamless connectivity between on prem and cloud environments.
- Security & Firewall Management: Implement and manage Cisco security solutions, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, FireEye, Broadcom ProxySG / Blue Coat, IDS/IPS, VPN security, content filtering, and endpoint protection. Support security hardening and incident response.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor on prem and cloud network performance. Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, and security issues. Perform root cause analysis and optimize reliability. Generate performance statistics and health reports.
- SOC / NOC Operations Support: Work closely with SOC/NOC teams to respond to alerts and incidents, correlate events with SIEM platforms, provide logs for forensic analysis, and support threat detection and triage. Work with tools such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, and ArcSight.
- Telephony & Infrastructure Services: Support telephony systems including Cisco VoIP and Asterisk. Ensure network connectivity for servers, workstations, printers, telephony devices, and backup systems.
- Asset Management & Documentation: Maintain network inventory and asset records. Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, topologies, DR documentation, and service records.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Participate in DR drills and failover testing. Maintain backup and recovery procedures. Support business continuity planning.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Support network automation, security automation, and configuration management.
