- Review mechanical designs (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) for compliance with codes and project requirements
- Manage and respond to RFIs, technical queries, and design clarifications
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes and design gaps
- Support planning and cost teams with quantities, BOQs, and technical input
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth technical alignment
- Monitor drawing revisions, approvals, and document control processes

- Ensure constructability and maintainability of all mechanical systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in construction or real estate development with a strong focus on technical office roles
- Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting design review and coordination
- Strong experience in reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience in project coordination with different disciplines
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on value engineering and cost optimization
