The employer is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Strengthen brand identity and market positioning.
- Manage digital marketing, advertising, social media, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Support sales and customer engagement through marketing plans.
- Execute product launches, events, and brand activations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Manage agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners.
- Work with sales and management to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior position.
- Previous retail marketing experience is strongly preferred.
- Perfume, Oud, fragrance, luxury, or beauty industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.
- Proven digital marketing, social media, branding, and advertising experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent English command is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
