Requirements

- Domain knowledge of payments industry and hands on experience of program management
- Able to plan and manage a multi workstream program from inception to delivery
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and manage multiple issues under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Fluent local office language and English required; Arabic desirable
- Relevant experience of 15 years+ in Cards Product and Portfolio Management
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel

Overview
- As a Senior Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Product / Portfolio Specialist) you will be responsible for driving profit and growth for cards, encompassing revenue, credit costs (including Fraud), and direct/allocated costs.
- You will design and successfully execute card product and portfolio management strategies through action plans covering card metrics such as new acquisition, activation, ENR, spend, retention, profitability etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialization and launch of new products and solutions, recommending pricing, providing sales tools, and training the sales team.
- Monitor product performance post roll out and resolve product or sales issues.
- Lead initiatives to support client profit and growth for cards, managing revenue, credit costs, and direct/allocated costs.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for product management, audit, compliance matters, and complaints support.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at generating revenue through products.
- Guide and support client facing professionals and sales teams in solving complex client needs through products.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product growth.
- Lead training initiatives for internal stakeholders about product offerings.
- Perform and analyze competitive benchmarking of products vis à vis competition and the market.
- Lead the development of consumer product strategies and value propositions.
- Oversee the delivery of large programs for clients from initiation to benefit realization.
- Develop strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable (Arabic).
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
- Relevant experience of 15 years+ in Cards Product and Portfolio Management.
- Regional experience preferred (i.e. GCC).
- Structured approach to project management.
