Purpose & Overall Relevance

  • Workplaces is responsible for active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases, transactions, design, construction, and operations for offices, showrooms, and DCs.
  • Supports revenue growth, portfolio optimization, and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent.
  • In this role, responsible for quality management and development of assigned service area at adidas locations in Emerging Markets Central (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Jordan).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead various tasks with high complexity and functional responsibility requiring in depth operational experience.
  • Manage and deliver consistent, first class facility management service standards (technical and infrastructural FM) across adidas locations.
  • Manage effective operation and continuous development of building system procedures and programs.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and build a broad network.
  • Manage and deliver measures for consistent improvement of the Workplace Experience through effective management of service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and ensure compliance with regional KPIs and SLAs related to all facility and employee experience operations.
  • Develop and manage annual operation budgets for all service areas.
  • Drive employee focused workplace initiatives and activations that strengthen engagement and performance.
  • Manage and implement site security operational standards in partnership with Global Security leadership.
  • Ensure Health & Safety requirements and reporting are in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Manage team members, collaborate with dotted line manager into performance reviews and provide feedback.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Very good English and local language skills.
  • Ability to implement business strategies with end to end mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills including impactful presentation and influencing skills.
  • Proven abilities to deliver results with tight deadlines and deal effectively in pressured situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment with different international cultures.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of controlling systems and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).
  • Project management, quality management and purchasing experience.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree related to facility management or related field or equivalent combination of training & experience.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in respective area.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading a business area and in people management.
