Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling across the program.
• Govern project and program baselines covering scope, schedule, assumptions, and milestones.
• Lead business performance reporting, executive dashboards, and integrated master schedule reporting.
• Perform schedule analysis, critical path assessments, schedule risk analysis, and recovery planning.
• Lead enterprise risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
• Consolidate functional data into integrated management reports and reporting architecture.
• Present performance, risks, confidence levels, and strategic issues to senior leadership.
• Ensure governance and reporting standards are followed.
• Drive reporting systems, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews.
• Develop recovery strategies and action plans for schedule or performance concerns.

Key Deliverables

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant project controls experience with leadership and technical expertise.
• In-depth project-controls knowledge in major construction environments.
• Proficiency with PRISM, Primavera P6, Aconex, ARM, Power BI, or similar enterprise systems.
• Recognized industry authority capable of solving technical problems and assuring project deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for directing senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing business systems, policies, and procedures.
• Analytical, thorough problem-solving ability and ability to drive rapid responses.
• Regional experience is preferred.
