Role Overview
The Senior Inspections Specialist maintains inspection quality across MEP works and supports successful project delivery.
The role works with contractors and project stakeholders to review installations, identify issues early, and follow corrective actions through completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review inspection reports and accurately document non-conformance items.
- Monitor site progress and verify that MEP installations meet approved standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve inspection findings and quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience inspecting MEP systems on large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for MEP inspections, including Saudi Building Code requirements and MEP inspection standards.
- Experience with quality inspection procedures.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
