About the Role

- Build mid to long term strategy plan for category and execute profitability
- Create and maintain product line up and life cycle management
- Analyze P&L and set category budget
- Monitor TAM and Market Share targets
- Conduct weekly conference calls with HQ teams
- Prepare customer collaboration and market analysis
- Represent category in partner meetings
- Create and maintain yearly forecasting and monthly forecast submission
- Provide daily direction to staff and monitor work completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management in consumer electronics
- Experience managing a team of product managers
- Consumer electronics background essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to interact with retail partners
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers
- Ability to lead, motivate and educate
- Ability to manage budgets and determine ROI

Role and Responsibilities

Salary Range
- Expected salary range: CAD 124,000 to CAD 170,000 base salary
