- Provide actionable insights and data backed recommendations to optimize procurement and contracting operations.
- Manage full lifecycle procurement and contracting activities for major technical and capital projects.
- Lead contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal governance.
- Engage cross functionally with internal stakeholders, technical leads, and finance to align procurement strategies.
- Supervise and mentor the procurement team to achieve high standards in delivery, reporting, and compliance.
- Identify and drive initiatives to streamline procurement processes and systems.
- Lead implementation of risk management and control frameworks to reduce procurement risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement
- At least 5 years in an aviation environment
- Proven experience of at least five (5) years in aviation technical procurement
- Experience in managing procurement for complex technical projects and contract operations
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience in whole life cost modelling
- Strong background in project/change management and procurement process optimization
- Deep expertise in Procurement & Contracts Management
- In depth knowledge of Supplier Furnished Equipment (SFE) and Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE)
- Financial Analysis (whole life costing) experience
- Contract and Negotiation Skills
- Regulatory and Compliance knowledge (including SB’s, STC’s and EUU’s)

- You will lead the Procurement function within the Technical Strategic Procurement Department.

- Ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation through effective leadership.

- Knowledge of aviation technical certification requirements and compliance.
- Manage full lifecycle procurement and contracting activities for major technical and capital projects.
- Lead contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory frameworks and internal governance.
- Engage cross functionally with internal stakeholders, technical leads, and finance to align procurement strategies.

Qualification
