- Develop and review policies and rules for FSRA in prudential, conduct, and AML/CFT areas
- Respond to policy queries from internal stakeholders, market participants, and regulatory authorities
- Lead multi disciplinary project teams on policy initiatives
- Manage public consultations arising from proposed regulatory changes
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including international regulators
- Review international financial services landscape and propose relevant policy matters
- Manage junior team members as required

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services regulation, supranational regulatory body, or relevant financial services industry
- Experience in policy development and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of asset management, fintech, and traditional finance

Role Overview
- The Senior Manager will be a member of the Policy team and assist the Director in identifying and implementing policy initiatives that support the growth and development of the financial services sector and the wider commercial framework in ADGM.
- Focus areas include Asset Management, New Age Finance (Fintech, HealthTech, Crypto, Cyber Tech), Traditional Finance (Private Banking, Wealth Management, M&A, Treasury), and Functional Clusters (Restructuring, Dispute Resolution).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in providing high quality policy advice to achieve FSRA and ADGM objectives.
- Assist in development and ongoing review of policies and rules for FSRA in prudential, conduct, and AML/CFT areas.
- Respond to policy queries from internal stakeholders, market participants, and other regulatory authorities.
- Identify, recommend, and present policy development options for consideration by CEO and decision making bodies.
- Lead multi disciplinary project teams working on policy initiatives across FSRA and ADGM.
- Manage public consultations arising from proposed regulatory changes.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including international regulators and market participants.
- Assist in improvement and management of processes and procedures for Policy team and Policy & Legal division.
- Regularly review international financial services landscape and propose relevant policy matters.
- Participate in international forums with other regulatory bodies.
- Manage more junior members of the team where required.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in working for a financial services regulator, supranational regulatory body or equivalent government body, or in a relevant field in the financial services industry.

- Understand, adopt, adhere to and practise responsibilities or controls as per the ADGM Information Security policy.
- Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ADGM Information at all times.
