- Develop, implement, and monitor ESG policies and procedures across all international subsidiaries
- Define and establish measurable ESG KPIs for international entities
- Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of ESG data from international subsidiaries
- Work with subsidiary leadership and regional teams to ensure consistent adoption of ESG initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs on ESG policies and reporting requirements
- Identify and assess ESG related risks in international operations
- Monitor global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices
- Partner with finance, operations, legal, and other departments to integrate ESG considerations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility
- At least 5 years in a global or international context
- Proven track record of developing and implementing ESG policies, procedures, or reporting frameworks
- Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and standards
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ESG reporting software
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus

Job Purpose
- Ensure that all international subsidiaries of EGA adhere to robust Environment, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) policies, procedures, and reporting standards. Align global operations with the company’s ESG strategy by defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring comp
Key Accountabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor ESG policies and procedures across all international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- Define and establish measurable ESG KPIs for international entities, tailored to local contexts while aligning with the company’s global reporting framework.
- Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of ESG data from international subsidiaries to ensure accurate and timely submission for global ESG disclosures.
- Work with subsidiary leadership, regional teams, and external partners to ensure consistent adoption of ESG initiatives and foster a culture of sustainability across the organisation.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate subsidiary teams on ESG policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Identify and assess ESG related risks in international operations, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance sustainability performance.
- Monitor global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices to recommend updates to policies, procedures, and KPIs to maintain leadership in sustainability.
- Partner with finance, operations, legal, and other departments to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision making processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility, with at least 5 years in a global or international context.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing ESG policies, procedures, or reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and standards.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions.
- Analytical skills to define, measure, and report on ESG KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ESG reporting software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus for working with international subsidiaries.
