Program Overview
- The National Graduate Training Programme provides graduates with an approximately 18 months training programme enabling them to assume a role as a first line supervisor.
- Preference is given to graduates in engineering, but other disciplines are considered based on organisational needs.
- A customised development plan is prepared for each graduate trainee, comprising on the job training, technical skills development, and management and leadership competency development programmes.
- Each graduate trainee is assigned a mentor and regular progress review meetings are held.
