Qiddiya is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Infrastructure Planning to support major development projects.
The role develops and implements infrastructure planning strategies aligned with Qiddiya's overall vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic infrastructure planning initiatives and integrate them into the broader development framework.
- Analyze current infrastructure systems and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Create compliant project plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering, environmental, and design teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies, consultants, and community partners.
- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor progress and report recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor team members and promote innovation and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure planning or project management for large-scale developments.
- Strong understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, and construction processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in planning and project management software.
- Professional certifications such as PMP are a plus.
