This strategy-focused role sits within the Office Business Unit.
The role shapes Qiddiya's office portfolio and aligns products, phasing, and development plans with market demand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop office portfolio, asset, and product strategies.
- Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and occupier analysis.
- Assess market risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Define office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
- Support identification of anchor occupiers, strategic partners, and demand drivers.
- Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams.
- Recommend project phasing, prioritization, and investment decisions.
- Manage external consultants and advisory workstreams.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, real estate strategy, development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, occupier requirements, and development economics.
- Experience in market analysis, business planning, and strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
