Role Overview
Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects.
Drive investment analysis, business planning, strategic opportunity evaluation, and portfolio performance insights for senior leadership.
The position requires expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
- Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyze project and portfolio performance using IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
- Prepare business plans, forecasts, financial recommendations, executive reports, investment memos, and presentations.
- Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses and challenge commercial and financial assumptions.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Eight or more years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance is required.
- Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models is required.
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills are required.
- Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills are required.
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting-tool experience is preferred.
