Key responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and the timely submission of statutory returns.

Manpower planning and workforce optimization in line with the approved manpower budget.

Overall responsibility for the timely recruitment of staff and workmen as per the approved manpower budget and organizational requirements.

Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Overall responsibility for plant administration and employee welfare activities.

Driving organizational development initiatives through innovative HR practices and improvement programs.

Development and enhancement of subordinate team members through training, coaching, and skill-building initiatives.

Preparation, monitoring, and effective management of the HR budget.

Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or higher authorities from time to time.
