Key responsibilities

To ensure that the ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements and related documents are maintained.

To execute production activities as per production planning in coordination with various department.

To review, approve and distribute the instructions for Solvent Recovery and APIs according to written instructions

Reviewing all production batch records and ensuring that these are completed and signed.

Ensuring compliance to c GMP, Safety and SOPs.

To ensure that all production deviations are reported, evaluated, investigated and corrective actions are initiated.

Production planning and target achievements with respect to quality, quantity, yield, recovery efficiency and compliance.

To review validation protocols and reports and product manuals.

To evaluate proposed change control related to process or equipment’s.

To perform full scale investigation related to OOS and OOT.

To implement corrective and preventive actions to address root cause and participates in QRB meeting.

To ensure that equipment’s are maintained in qualified state.

To ensure compliance of production documents.

Impart SOP related training to sub-ordinate and upgrade their skill & knowledge. Ensure that training records are updated in time for self and plant personnel.

To maintain shop floor discipline and high morale in employee and ensure that harmonious relations among the employees are maintained.

To ensure the plant facilities and surrounding area is clean and presentable.

To complete and ensure the annual performance review of all the related subordinates.
