Line Mechanic (433A Millwright) | Midnight Shift

Industrial Mechanic License ( 433A) with strong Industrial millwright background is required combined with a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a similar role in a pharmaceutical, food and beverage or consumer goods packaging environment

Excellent mechanical aptitude

The ability to analyze a situation and formulate a methodical approach to correcting the problem.

Work as a team with others to formulate a solution to the problem.

Know when to ask for assistance when the situation becomes too complex to resolve individually

At times a requirement to work in “tight spaces” to fix problems.

A requirement to be sitting, standing, bending, squatting and walking throughout the day.

This position is a straight midnight shift position, based on a 37.5-hour work week. Weekend work may be required depending on the assigned shift and business needs.

Overtime will be required. This may be additional time during the workday and weekend work at last minute notice.

GMP garments required to be worn within the manufacturing environment as directed.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $76,000 to $93,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; RRSP savings plan; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
