About the Role
A well-established Family Office in Dubai is seeking an FP&A & Accounting Senior Manager to build and own financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting oversight from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budget process and produce monthly budget vs. actual reports with variance analysis and forward outlook
- Own the selection and implementation of the group ERP system, including chart of accounts redesign and standardisation across all entities
- Oversee the AP automation workflow, ensuring all invoices are properly captured, approved, categorised, and reconciled
- Supervise and coordinate a network of external accountants across 13 jurisdictions, driving the monthly close process and maintaining consolidated financial reporting
- Produce a monthly 5 page management report for senior stakeholders
- Ensure full bank reconciliation across all accounts monthly and maintain robust financial controls
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial control, or audit, ideally within a complex holding structure or multi jurisdictional environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing or significantly configuring an ERP system (Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics or equivalent)
- Strong consolidation and financial modelling skills
- Proven experience managing external service providers including accountants, auditors, and fund administrators
- Highly organised, detail oriented, and proactive
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage

- Our client is a well established Family Office based in Dubai, managing a complex portfolio across multiple jurisdictions.
- They are seeking an experienced FP&A & Accounting Senior Manager to build and own the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting oversight framework from the ground up.
