Job Summary
Lead Cash Management Operations and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service while maintaining operational risk within accepted levels.
Lead country operations strategy, operating model, risk and controls standards, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Business and Operations
- Manage pre-processing, payment and clearing, investigations, and static data operations.
- Lead process innovation, digitization, collaboration, best-practice sharing, and client journey improvements.
- Support functional budgets, business efficiency targets, service quality, and operational escalations.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure service issues are escalated and acted upon.
Risk and Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, company policies, group policies, and operating procedures.
- Manage anti-money laundering and sanctions prevention, checking, reporting, and escalation activities.
- Monitor operational, system, channel, audit, and control risks and implement corrective measures.
- Provide oversight across three hubs and embed regulatory, business conduct, and ethics standards.
People and Performance
- Lead teams through clear expectations, supervision, coaching, training, and development.
- Manage staff objectives, performance feedback, motivation, succession planning, and retention.
- Ensure team members have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform accurately and efficiently.
