Job Summary

Serve primarily walk-in customers by fulfilling transactional requirements through high-quality customer service.

Increase product penetration through cross-selling while achieving allocated portfolio and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales performance for liability, wealth management, and secured or unsecured asset-related products.
  • Generate new business through promotions, outbound marketing calls, presentations, and in-branch contacts.
  • Participate in branch sales planning and create action plans to meet targets.
  • Adhere to the bank’s mis-selling and sales policies.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and manage difficult customer situations.
  • Process accurate, valid, complete, and properly authorized transactions.
  • Facilitate first-time resolution, minimize rejections and complaints, and improve customer feedback results.
  • Perform reconciliation, operational control, efficiency improvement, and cost-control activities.
  • Handle a broad range of bank transactions and services.
  • Manage customer-base growth, attrition, upstreaming, and product penetration.
  • Follow ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, KYC/CDD/EDD, and money laundering prevention policies.
  • Maintain branch premises, merchandising, housekeeping, store management, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
  • Between 1 and 4 years of overall experience.
  • Banking knowledge and understanding of front-office and back-office processes and procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused sales ability.
