About the Role
Sanad Aerotech is seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Operations for its aircraft Engine MRO business.
The role leads account management and invoicing functions, providing strategic direction, operational governance, and alignment with company objectives.
The position reports to the Director Commercial and Sales and interfaces with operational teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide direction and governance for invoicing and account management, including KPIs, talent development, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end invoicing for compliance, accuracy, timely billing, dispute resolution, and data integrity.
- Lead key account management for performance, profitability, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Engage senior internal and external stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional commercial operations.
- Monitor financial and operational metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain financial controls and audit compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- A Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial operations or account management, with at least 5 years managing multifunctional teams.
- Expertise in invoicing and key account management within complex technical environments is essential.
- Aviation or aero-engine MRO experience is preferred, while familiarity with V2500, Trent700, LEAP, and GEnx platforms is advantageous.
- Required competencies include strategic leadership, commercial acumen, people management, customer relationship management, financial and analytical skills, contractual knowledge, communication, problem-solving, and organization.
- The candidate should demonstrate MRO technical understanding, intercultural intelligence, and the ability to work in an international aviation environment.
