Lead business development for the Priority and Personal Banking segments.
Oversee portfolio performance, optimize portfolio growth, and align client portfolios with financial goals and risk tolerance.
Support client satisfaction and business growth through portfolio management, campaigns, and contests.
Business Development
- Evaluate strategic opportunities for Personal and Priority Banking.
- Design and execute plans to attract and retain high-net-worth Priority clients.
- Engage new-to-bank clients through channel leads, targeted lists, employee banking teams, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with Products, Retail Banking Services, Branch, Multichannel Banking, Marketing, and Customer Intelligence teams.
- Drive cross-selling of retail assets, bancassurance, investments, and cards.
