Administrative Assistant (UAEN Only)

The Engineering & Properties Unit (Real Estate & Properties) serves as a key technical function within the Bank, responsible for evaluating properties financed by the Bank and supervising related construction activities, including escrow account properties.

The unit ensures proper documentation, compliance, and timely processing of property valuations and contractor payments.

It supports Home Finance and Corporate Real Estate transactions while safeguarding the Bank’s interests and contributing to revenue through valuation fees and certification processes.

• Verify and process property evaluation documents to ensure completeness and compliance with internal requirements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to obtain required documentation.
• Prepare and maintain files for proposed finance cases and update records in SharePoint and MIS systems.
• Review and process contractor payment requests, ensuring all approvals are in place and processed within TAT.
• Handle customer and internal queries related to property evaluations, documentation, and contractor payments.

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction documentation, property finance, or contractor payment processing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of construction contracts and payment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
