Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and close product or service gaps across segments and channels.
- Develop payoffs and underlyings aligned with house views, market events, and client needs.
- Analyze, optimize, launch, trade, and manage structured products through their lifecycle.
- Monitor products and the trade book for yellow or red flags and recommend actions at maturity.
- Automate desk activities, improve processes, and reduce turnaround times.
- Manage strategic projects and improve infrastructure and desk capabilities.
