- Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Manage end to end client onboarding journey coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or partnership development within financial services
- At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financial services, FinTech, banking, or innovation ecosystem
- Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and delivering business growth
- Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

About the Role
- A leading organization in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development (FinTech & Innovation) to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Identify, attract, and onboard new clients and business partners across local and international markets.
- Build and execute business development strategies to support organizational growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and market developments.
- Support the development of market entry strategies and client acquisition initiatives.
- Manage the end to end client onboarding journey while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by providing proactive relationship management and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve business processes and enhance client experience.
- Support CRM enhancement initiatives and leverage data to improve client engagement.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and business meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or partnership development within the financial services sector.
- At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the financial services, FinTech, banking, or innovation ecosystem.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving capabilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing client engagement processes.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
