- Work with account management reps to ensure deep understanding of client needs and grow net dollar retention
- Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance
- Collaborate with marketing to identify campaigns to drive qualified leads and grow pipelines
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders to find additional sales opportunities
- Recruit, hire and nurture a world class account management team
- Lead account management team using tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk
- Contribute to department wide initiatives by participating in cross functional projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams

- Great familiarity and success negotiating deals above CAD 100k in ACV
- Hands on leadership style with focus on team development

Role Overview
- Absorb is looking for a motivated sales leader to lead our expanding Account Management team.
