Responsibilities
- Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through proactive upsells, cross sells, and strong relationship management
- Lead client contract renewals with a focus on expanding Annual Recurring Revenue
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within assigned accounts
- Create accurate proposals, statements of work, and other client facing documents
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key contacts
- Manage your sales pipeline with accuracy and accountability
- Become an expert in Absorb’s subscription models
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects
- Develop strong internal partnerships across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Leadership
- Stay current on product releases, training sessions, and industry insights
Requirements
- Post secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)
- 1 2 years of experience successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling
- Very strong time management and organizational skills
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment

Role Overview
- Own a book of business, build trusted relationships, and help customers get real value from the platform.
- Drive growth by expanding customer adoption and uncovering upsell and cross sale opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through proactive upsells, cross sells, and strong relationship management.

- Fluency in additional languages.
- Experience working with industry tools such as Salesforce.
