Role Overview

  • Own a book of business, build trusted relationships, and help customers get real value from the platform.
  • Drive growth by expanding customer adoption and uncovering upsell and cross sale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through proactive upsells, cross sells, and strong relationship management.
  • Lead client contract renewals with a focus on expanding Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Identify, develop, and close new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Create accurate proposals, statements of work, and other client facing documents.
  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with key contacts.
  • Manage your sales pipeline with accuracy and accountability.
  • Become an expert in Absorb’s subscription models.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.
  • Develop strong internal partnerships across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Leadership.
  • Stay current on product releases, training sessions, and industry insights.

What You’ll Bring

  • Post secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field).
  • 1 2 years of experience successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
  • Very strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS (or Technology) sales experience.
  • Experience working with a global client base.
  • Strong MS Office skills – primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience working with industry tools such as Salesforce.
