Responsibilities
- Work with account management reps to ensure deep understanding of client needs and drive net dollar retention
- Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance
- Collaborate with marketing to identify campaigns to drive qualified leads and grow pipelines
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders to identify additional sales opportunities
- Recruit, hire and nurture a world class account management team
- Lead account management team and support client communications using Salesforce, Gainsight, Inbox AI, Atlassian Suite, and Zendesk
- Actively contribute to department wide initiatives by participating in cross functional projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales/Account Management teams
- Experience managing a gross revenue quota of CAD 15 20M+ annually
- Great familiarity and success negotiating deals above CAD 100k in ACV
- Hands on leadership style, focusing on team development
- Strong understanding of how to build account plans and track performance
- Track record of accurately forecasting pipeline and identifying trends
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn metrics into decisions

Job Overview
- Absorb is looking for a motivated sales leader to lead our expanding Account Management team.
- The Account Management team manages business relationships with existing clients, focusing on renewals, upselling, and expansion.
What you’ll do
- Work with your account management reps, ensuring each has a deep understanding of the client’s needs.
- Manage and report key weekly/monthly operational metrics for team and individual performance.

What you’ll bring
